SUNY Polytechnic Institute’s Colleges of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (SUNY Poly CNSE) in partnership with BESSTECH LLC has been awarded the first patent in Japan protecting a novel silicon-based anode technology for use in lithium ion battery systems.
